The night was wet and it continued to rain in the morning. I wasn't in a rush to set off though. During a short break whilst the rain maker took a rest I packed and set off. it got drier and then hotter and the sun maker arrived.

After a lunch of terrine du moment and crepe I found I noticed my tire pressure was a bit soft. This came to frution at 7pm when i was completely flat. I didn't have time to repair it so just pumped it up. This impacted me on finding a wild camp spot which I, way after dark and raining and pumping it up another three times, I turned back to where I had been earlier in the day and pitched up in a quiet farmers field - in the rain and 11pm at night. I survived.
