I've been using this system for a few years and found it very helpful. Just recently returned and found out about the pay window for maps. Signed up as I think this planning tool is good. Unfortunately I'm now unable to even down load the turn directions never mind a map. Sat for 5 minutes with no result. Really disappointed and wishing I hadn't spent my money

Sorry to hear that. Could you explain what you’re trying to do?
E.g. website, iPhone app, Android app; what you’re expecting it to do; what you’re clicking/tapping in order to try and do that.
All I was trying to do is download the turn directions and then a touring map onto a laptop. I've now returned from my trip and can now down load maps so maybe there was a glitch somewhere. I wasn't even getting the nice man pedalling letting me know it may take awhile :-). I had left it around half a day from signing up to trying to access the maps and was being shown as a patron. Managed to get by without the map and turn directions and now fully satisfied with this planning tool.
