Search: cycle.travel/search/Garmin%20Connect

Open the cycle.travel app on your phone. When the route is open, press Save -> Export GPX track. On an iphone (and hopefully android) it will allow you to select which app the .GPX can be opened in... Select the Garmin Connect app logo

Garmin Connect will then open with a view of the route. Lastly hit save

You don't need to do that, from the app do Save->Send to Garmin Connect.

Then open the Garmin connect app and force it to do a sync. This then sends it to your device and it will appear under saved courses.

You might need to do sync on the Garmin app several times to get it to work

I have the map on my iPhone I try to send it to Garmin Connect and it replies I have to( like log on) and i have already done so. Lotts.
