Garmin Connect has hiccups now and then – often it resolves itself in due course, but if not, you can usually fix it by turning it off and on again. (Go to your user profile page, select ‘Remove Garmin Connect link’, and then re-establish the link by sending a route from c.t to Garmin Connect and following the prompts.)
Thanks Richard but the problem turned out to be the device no longer syncing for no comprehensible reason- the fix? Replace it with a Karoo3, our household's second - much more intuitive than Garmin.
Why doesn't your site have connection to Hammerhead's dashboard though?
@Shane, this post may be helpful.
In short: Hammerhead don’t as yet offer an API for uploading routes (nor do Wahoo). I wish they did.
The issue isn't CT.
P.S. @Richard: Great search function!
Thx
I have the same problem. My last successful transfer crom CT was 22nd Feb.
I have contacted Garmin. They suggest it is a third party issue, so I'd just like to check here.
I also use Ride with GPS, but that has stopped too, so I'm suspicious that two third party apps have suddenly stopped working independently of each other.
I don't want to use yet another third party app, but it's very frustrating not being able to upload routes/courses.
If others here are continuing to successfully transfer to Garmin devices, please let me know as it will give me ammunition against Garmin.
PS. My device is Edge 1030Plus.
Thanks!
It’s still working fine for me and nothing has changed at the c.t end – given the RWGPS situation, I wonder if your Garmin Connect account has somehow got in a muddle.
