Hi Richard,
a Feature Request for the mobile app:
When i open a folder it seems the journeys are currently sorted by modification date. Would it be possible to offer a second sorting mode, that sorts by distance of the starting point to my current location, so the most relevant jouneys asre listed first, regardless of age?
Thanks in advance and best regards,
Hermann

I agree, I only rarely find the modification date useful.
Sorting by distance to the start sounds good, but only works for finding today’s route. Yesterday’s route might show before tomorrow’s. That might be Ok for quickly loading the route when setting off.
I put my multi-day routes in folders named YYYY-MM-DD-…, and name each day as MM-DD-… so that sorting by name puts them in trip order. I’ll usually make a few options for each day in advance, too.
I would like it if the website remembered that sort order though :-)
Oh, the (iPhone) app doesn’t actually allow me to change the sort order, which is probably what Hermann was pointing out! I thought I’d seen it do so before but perhaps not.
If I’m not mistaken, this is some fairly low hanging fruit in terms of usability improvement; a folder full of a whole tour’s days in (effectively) random order isn’t easy to manage, and there’s space for the same drop-down menu that the website has.
