It works fine for me. Can you give more exact steps to reproduce the issue?
Go into airplane mode, click “routes”, can’t click “downloaded routes” at all, I just get a spinning icon below it
That’s weird – doing that works absolutely fine for me.
“It works on my machine” ;)
don’t really know how to give you any more info, unfortunately. Do you have app logs accessible somehow?
Nobody, a couple of observations from someone using Android.
First of all my app is working as expected in Airplane mode.
There may be a difference in screen display depending on whether the app is opened before or after Airplane Mode is activated.
I recall previously that by selecting 'Routes' I couldn't access my downloaded routes. They were accessible through the green 'My journeys' on the bottom right of the screen.
The routes screen in my app just hangs whenever I click routes when it doesn't have internet. I just used airplane mode as a trigger, I initially noticed it when I just didn't have a signal.
It's 100% a bug. Not being able to reproduce it is a different issue ;)

- Open app
- Click "Routes"
- Tap "Downloaded Routes" repeatedly
- close
- Open "My journeys"
- Tap "Downloaded Routes" repeatedly
- kill app
- reopen
- Open "Routes"
- Enable internet

It is indeed, but if I can’t reproduce it I can’t fix it! Thanks for the video though – I’ll have a poke around and see if I can find anything.
