John, that'll be a subscriber issue. It is one of the very few distinctions between subscriber and non. There is a limit (I think 25) of files that can be in a folder to show the map. Subscribers have no limit (or at least none that I've reached).

Ah, ok, thanks Hobbes. That would explain it. I will have to up the level of my contribution . 

John, there is no difference (as far as I know) in degrees of support in terms of what we receive. If you're a supporter, even on the lowest rung you'll get the same advantages as someone on the highest tier.

 I note from your name that there is no supporter symbol attached. It is possible that if you are supporting CT with a different email than the email associated with your CT account that CT can't link the two and thinks that you are not a subscriber/supporter.

Thanks for flagging this. I have double- checked all this and I am , I thought , I signed up as a ‘cake supporter’  (£1.99 per month , via Apple and Patreon) my supporting email is identical to the CT account email. Who can I check this with ? Yourself or Richard?

John, it's certainly not me! :-)

I'm sure you can check your ApplePay or Patreon to see if the payment is still going through? If it is, the issue is most likely with CT. If not, it's on your end. Maybe a credit card, or similar, changed between last year and this?

I can’t see any supporter record for you on Patreon, I’m afraid, John. If you go to patreon.com and click ‘Settings’ then ‘Memberships’, it should tell you anything you’re a supporter of there.

I have screenshots of my patreon and Apple accounts showing payments to CT. . I have been paying through Apple since Sep 2023. I have raised a query with Patreon but is there anyway I can send you these screenshots ?

Folders again I’m afraid. Now that I have resolved my ‘supporter status ‘ ( thank you) I did (  briefly ) get my France en Velo ( 32 routes) folders back with map . However this has now disappeared and I am almost certain I never deleted it. These things are always possible by accident but in any case can you see it where I can’t ? And if so can you reinstate

I’m sorry John – it does look like you’ve accidentally deleted it and although I do (of course!) have backups of cycle.travel, it would take the best part of a day to extract individual routes from it and I don’t have a spare day right now. Sorry.

If you use the search box at the top right of the page, and type in ‘France en Velo’, you should be able to see other versions of the same route that people have plotted. You can then re-save them so they appear in your account. Would that help?

God forbid I would ask you to spend time, even you had it which I obviously realise you haven’t, extracting files. I have various other sources to tap, as you say. Thanks for the information anyway. That will teach my fat fingered, short sighted self to try and use your site/app on a smart phone without my reading glasses on. I am currently cycling in France using a similarly titled folder , hence the cock-up. Thanks again for all your help .
