Yes, they are.
Trickier. You can click on a member's handle, and it will show their 'Travelogue' posts. Here's yours:
However, as well as Travelogues, it also displays opening posts on the forum here. And there is also the difficulty of 'finding' a member.
I believe that this is an area that is being worked on.
