When I bring up this route there are consecutive numbers in blue circles. There don't appear to be mileage markers.
Anyone know what there signify?

I think they’re the routing waypoints. You can drag them around or add your own, etc. Routes like this tend to need rather a lot of them to make sure that cycle.travel sticks to the route.
Exactly that! Since I first plotted those routes c.t has gained the ‘Routes-only’ option which will reduce the number of via points, so I’m planning to replot them using this, but it needs a little tweaking first.
Thanks!
I spent some time today taking the route and breaking it up I to smaller sections. This helps with camping/ lodging options.
So I see on the Eurovelo site that the Germany portion of this route is longer but it is shown in Yellow. But I cannot seem to find out what that means. And as far as I can see there is no way to ask Eurovelo.
