Ensure the route in the first account is not "private".

Share the URL of the route, perhaps by email. (Copy & Paste will work too if each CT account is open in different tabs on a computer)

Open the URL in the second account. 

Select save and it's now in the second account. 

Can arouse be changed  from Private to  Public?  How is this accomplished?
