Oder-Neiße - Day 10

More green.

A break near an old water power station. 

We completely missed the large coal mines just a few hundred meters away. Instead more grass and trees on perfect bike paths.

One of many bridges along the way which were destroyed in WW II and never rebuilt.

Onward to Forst where a very friendly member of the local boating club let us camp on their idyllic lawn.

Oder-Neiße - Day 9

Took just one picture near Eisenhüttenstadt.

The rest of the scenery was beautiful as always. The campground by a lake, too.

The Oder expands a little more.

Made it dry to Frankfurt/Oder before heavy rain.

Crossing the border back to Germany.

And now we remain close to it along the Oder for quite a while.
