Hi
Is there any possibilty that railway tracks cam be more bold as I like to do cycle trips by train a lot and it's hard to see the railway tracks, also can the railway stations also be more bold so easier to see thanks

I think making the tracks bolder would upset the visual balance of the map I’m afraid, but I’ve just added Thunderforest’s excellent Transport map as one of the options to the website map, so you can switch to that to check out railway connections.
What would be wonderful (but not expecting it since it wold be a great deal of physical work), and Thunderforest says it does this some places, is to show where there are free (or modestly priced?) water outlets. Searching for taps on the sides of businesses or homes when cycling is a tour of its own. I know where there are taps on every one of my 'mind held' routes, but in new places I plan to tour, not at all.
Thank you Richard
Hi Richard
Just looked at the Transport map and it's perfect, thank you again
Ken, if you check out the 'key' on the CT map you'll see a green symbol that represents a source of water.
This is the approach to Austin, as an example, which shows several.
Different countries have different attitudes to providing water free of charge. Climate considerations play a part too - some may be dry. As always, a symbol on a map is no guarantee of existence or functionality.
Thanks Hobbes, I'll take a look at that. It is amazing what useful features actually lurk on some of these sites. :-)
As always, much appreciation for those who have gone before and taken the time to search and add such features. Unknownst, we are beholden to a wonderful cadre of resourceful amateur cartographers.
