You can get many of them by going to “Browse all routes on a map” (under ‘Route guides’) – I’m adding more as time goes on. Alternatively you can plan a EuroVelo route easily using the Routes mode when planning a route.
Incidentally I think your accounts might be in a bit of a muddle – if you want to drop me a line at info@cycle.travel I can help get that sorted out!
Clive, I'll raise my usual warning about EV routes: The concept is great but the reality can be ... surprising. Essentially a series of local routes stitched together to make longer, themed routes they look great on a map but suffer from different standards in different countries (or even provinces of the same country), variable signposting and in cases (especially along rivers) require decisions about which bank to follow. In some cases, parts of the route are no more substantial than a notion. I consider myself to be pretty flexible but I've encountered a couple of sections in Spain that I believe should not be included.
GPX files are available to download from the EV website: https://en.eurovelo.com/
We can get the gpx files for individual routes (this is the Rhine route)

My suggestion would be to use the EV route as a guideline and use CT to plot a route. Unless using the 'Routes' feature it will probably offer sections with an alternative. My experience is that there is a good reason for this and I don't recall ever being disappointed at the CT options.
As an aside, Richard, you may not be aware of these two pages on the EV website describing the usage of other planners.
