Are you referring to downloading maps ... or routes?
Are you referring to using the app or the website on your iphone?
Assuming you want to download routes it's not clear if you're asking if you can download from the website (should be possible) or the app - more problematic.
My understanding is that the Amazon tablets are a type of 'closed' system so there may well be problems with compatibility. I'm not sure that Fire users get access to the normal Play Store. I'm sure there are workarounds but not everyone is comfortable with that.
I think Amazon tablets are essentially Android, so in theory if you can get one to run the app, the offline maps should work. That said, it looks like they might be stuck on a very old version of Android, so I’m not 100% confident the app will work at all.
