Franco, there was an issue with this recently where it seemed that it wasn't working (nothing appeared in either box) but it did actually calculate a route. 

I've just checked and it is working for me on the website and the app (Android).

Perhaps you could give an example of where you are searching, whether on the app or website and which platform/browser you are using. 

It may help to try an alternative browser (or the same browser but not logged in). That way the search may work (it did before) and you can copy/paste destinations into your logged in page. 

I suspect the two reports of this being from Italian users may not be coincidence! I’ve just tried a fix - let me know if it’s any better.

However, I had tried with different web browsers on PC/Mac/Linux, but without success.

That’s great - glad it worked. The third party search index suddenly stopped supporting Italian without notice!
