How often does cycle.travel take updates from OpenStreetMap? It looks like some changes I made to the map a week or two ago aren't being used by the journey planner.

It’s approximately once a month, but varies a bit according to whether I’m working on a change to the routing. Calculating the routing takes up to four days and needs to be done immediately after a mapping update (which, in turn, disables rendering overnight).
An update to this (old) question -- are some things not copied over from OSM? Eg this hotel in Italy is on OSM, and seemingly has been for some time, but does not appear in CT:

cycle.travel doesn’t currently take hotels from OSM (though this may change in the future). You can of course view OSM as the mapping layer by using the switcher in the top right!
