routed through pedestrianised area

Hello.

I was routed through a pedestrianised area in Southampton - whilst OSM has it as part of NCN23 (not sure, don't remember any route signs, nor did I see any signs allowing cycling), it isn't tagged bicycle=yes. Perhaps the algorithm should assume pedestrian areas and footways without bicycle=yes are dismounted links even when in NCN relations.

frequency of OSM updates?

Hello.

How often does cycle.travel take updates from OpenStreetMap?  It looks like some changes I made to the map a week or two ago aren't being used by the journey planner.
