They have! I’ve redone all the route guide pages, including a new accommodation finder, and thought it would make sense to have common icons across both – previously they were different.

There’s a few improvements to the accommodation database, too (it’s better at working out price bands, and less likely to mistakenly class a self-catering property as a hotel or guesthouse).
