Around http://cycle.travel/map/?lat=52.7636&lon=0.4658&zoom=14 there is a track called Spot Lane and it looks like the site won't route over either of the bridges on it. Is it something I can fix on OSM or is it a routing engine goof?

Yep - the bridges are tagged as highway=track in OSM, and c.t doesn’t assume any access from that in the UK (because it’s often used to map private forestry tracks etc.); plus an unusual designation=unclassified_highway which c.t doesn’t know about. The non-bridge sections have access=yes which makes them routable. I’ll add a check for the designation=unclassified_highway tag, but adding access= or bicycle=yes wouldn’t hurt!
Belated thanks. Fixed a while ago, I think.
