In the last 24 hours, I get a “an unexpected error has occurred, code 401 error message when trying to share with Garmin connect. I’ve reinstalled cycle.travel app, connect apps, Garmin devices, and nothing seems to work to share with Garmin Connect app

Clint, the usual advice seems to be to 'break' the connection between CT & Garmin - you should be able to do this under 'My' on the website.
Then reconnect.
The 'Help' section covers Garmin issues
Alternatively, search online to see if it's a Garmin issue.
