I tried signing up to become a supporter on the website and it didn’t work, then I signed up on the app and it did, and both the app and the website allowed me to have membership. Then I checked my bank account and I saw I’d paid twice (£2.40 for patreon and £1.99 for apple), how do I sort it out? Sorry about this I'm clearly a spanner. I’m panicking a bit cos im going on a big riding holiday tomorrow and doing weird things :)

Ben, are you sure that the payments are both to CT?
If both are indeed to CT, then you'll have to cancel one of them.
For Patreon, the login page is: https://www.patreon.com/login That will give you access to your subscriptions.
Otherwise, you should check out the 'Settings' in the app and look for 'Account Status'. That may have a link to the Apple payment.
I'm not familiar with the Apple system but you should be able to access info on and manage your subscriptions (outside of the app).
You could contact your bank and cancel one or other payment but, depending on your bank's processes, that may not be advisable before going on holiday.
In any case, it's an extra couple of quid in a month's time - hardly time for panic stations?
