Has anyone done the route in reverse from John O’Groats to Lands End? Looking to upgrade and use the turn by turn guide, but it will be backwards. Is there a way we can reverse route prior to requesting turn by turn rather than just us doing it manually?
thanks.

Yes, Dave, it's possible.

We can also use the search feature (top right), then narrow the options by selecting 'Help' or 'Forum'
As to whether it's advisable to take such a long route and simply reverse it is another question. Apart from possible issues with urban riding (one way streets etc.) it's possible that reversing the original route may result in some 'interesting' climbing as well as being on the 'wrong' side of the road for scenic areas - rivers, lakes etc.
The Cycling UK forum has a section dedicated to LeJog & Jogle.
Thank you ☺️
Minor clarification re one-way streets:
Unless a specific via point has been created on the one-way section, when reversing a route CycleTravel does respect one-way streets, ie the reversed route will avoid the one-way street.
IF a specific via point had been created that forces the route to use the one-way street, when reversed the route will still pass along that street in the "wrong direction", but it will be categorised a "pushing" not riding.
