We have just planned a 3 week route through Cycle Travel and found it really easy to use.

Problem has arisen when we came to look at the route on our phone having down loaded it, the details of campsites and places of interest that have been marked up on the computer are included in the app but the extra info such as name of campsite / phone number etc frustratingly can not be seen!!!!!!!

Any ideas??

Many thanks

The requested info frustratingly can not be seen!!!!!!! ;-)

I'm assuming you are referring to markers?

And that you have saved a marker with a title (test) and added extra info (TEstTESTtestTEST)in the box like this?

That shows up in my Android app as I'd expect.

I'm wondering at the use of 'downloaded'. Downloading a route for offline use, then looking at the app in offline mode (no internet) may well impact on what is displayed - but I can't test that because there are too many variables and not enough info supplied. However, if the app and website accounts aren't synced and you're sending the route from one account (website) to a different account (app) I can foresee some issues.

Have you tried simply closing the app and restarting it to make sure that the app is displaying the latest info?

Please clarify the app: IOS/Android

Can you confirm that it is the same account that is being used on website & app.

Can you confirm you are referring to markers (not via points)?

Are the Markers saved as public/Private/ or This Journey Only ?

Are you using the app online or offline?

Can you link to an example route - just post the URL so long as the route is 'public'.

If urgent, remember that the data will be available on the website so you can simply open the website on your phone and access it that way. (Assuming internet access)

Exactly that – if you could give me the name of the journey, make sure it’s public not private (so I can see it!), and say whether you’re using iPhone or Android, I should be able to sort this out.
