I presume you're talking about the app? IOS/Android? How did you subscribe - via Google/Apple?
The usual problem here is that one email is associated with the CT account and a different one with the subscription. Especially confusing is if using Google/Apple IDs to log in.
Check those, offer up some more info or contact Richard directly info@cycle.travel
