I've looked through previous questions but without a search button I am not finding an answer.
I'm in the website typing this on my phone, I do not have a laptop. I deleted my Cycle.Travel app and reinstalled it but I now can not get it to accept my saved password.
The password worked for me to access this forum.
Please advise how I reset my password in the app. Thanks Amanda in NZ

Amanda, I'm not sure how to 'change' the password in the app - as far as I'm aware the password is for CT.
Is it possible that you are using a different email address in the app from the email address you are using to access the website? That would explain your difficulty.
You haven't said if using Android or IOS - that may be relevant.
Perhaps the quickest option is to go back to basics: reset your password on the website. This is available under the 'My' tab, then 'Profile' and scroll down to 'Change your password'. (Above that CT should display the email address associated with your CT account)
FYI, if accessing the website on a phone, hold the phone horizontally and you will see a search symbol on the top right of the screen - or at least you do on the Android version.
Amanda – looking at your account, you have logged in with Google (with your gmail address). So you should just be able to do that and not worry about a cycle.travel user login and password at all.
If you do want to reset your password you can do that from https://cycle.travel/user/forgotten_password.
thankyou both (and sorry for delay replying) I have now reset my password and then linked my patreon account to my cycle.travel so I am back in working.
