I am going to India during Christmas, and I am planning to ride a day or two to check out local attractions in Delhi, then move to Agra. I can see it's not available in India. I know I can always use Google Maps, but is there any good cycle? travel app available?

You can use https://ridewithgps.com/ They have a large user submitted route library all over India.
Thanks for the recommendation. I will check that. I will go to the normal tourist places. Anything special you want to suggest? Like some hidden gems?
There are plenty of places like Lodhi Garden, Hauz Khas Village, Prakiti, Shahpur Jat Village, Mehruli Archaelogical park, Kali Masjid food market. You can always get a local guide to explore these more.
Osmand can be a useful resource away from CT's coverage.
