Hello,
I have enjoyed using this site so I became a supporter through Patreon using the same email as I use to login to cycle.travel. However, the website and iPhone app don't seem to recognise my supporter status. I tried clicking on the register email button on the profile page but it has made no difference. Is there another way to connect the Patreon support to the web page and app?

Hi Chris – I think this is because you signed up to Patreon with Apple’s ‘hide my email’ option. This means that Patreon doesn’t get your email address, so cycle.travel can’t marry it up with your account. I have tweaked your profile to include the hidden Apple address and that should now be working.
Hi Richard, thanks for the update. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to fit the problem as I am still prompted to become a supporter both on the web page and the IOS app. Should I change my email address on Patreon?
I’d suggest logging out and in again on both – make sure you use your btinternet.com email address to log in (not “Sign in with Apple”) because that’s the one you registered your account under.
