Patreon support not registering on web page or app

Hello,

I have enjoyed using this site so I became a supporter through Patreon using the same email as I use to login to cycle.travel. However, the website and iPhone app don't seem to recognise my supporter status. I tried clicking on the register email button on the profile page but it has made no difference. Is there another way to connect the Patreon support to the web page and app?
