Ken, have you tried the 'Download PDF' option?

If there's a particular route you're having issues with maybe post the URL?

I have the PDF and have printed the cue sheets, but cannot print the map. However, since posting I have discovered I need to pay Richard a few quid to become a member in order to be able to print maps.. So I'm happy to do that.

I get getting a technical error preventing the pdf from being generated. I've tried on three different platforms. Is this a known website issue at the moment?

Whoops, the website protection service (Cloudflare) suddenly decided to not let the mapping server talk to the website server. That should be fixed now – sorry about that!
