I use IGN maps a lot, but today neither classic nor digital IGN maps are appearing on the website (Win 11, Opera browser), and IGN digital isn't appearing in the android app.
Please advise, many thanks.
Cheers, John

Unfortunately IGN appear to have switched their mapping over to a new server system and didn't email their customers about it! I'm investigating what to do to get it up and running again.
I’ve got it up and running for the website. The app will take a little longer I’m afraid as I’ll need to push a new update through the app stores, but I’ll try and get that done asap.
That's brilliant, and thanks very much for the rapid response.
Used cycle.travel exclusively on my recent french holiday, and it was superb.
Cheers, John
Hi Richard. I think you got things a bit mixed when you fixed the change of servers.
You now serve the TOP25 tiles at all zoom levels. It should be a different map layer depending on zoom (i.e TOP 25 at walking zoom levels, TOP 100 at cycling zoom levels and so on).
IGN are terrible at managing change processes and communication. I should have been more careful as I did see some kind of warning on the IGN web site earlier in the summer. I could've given you a heads up...
The TOP25 fix is a bit of a temporary one - I’ve now found out from IGN how to get an API key for their new setup and I’ll be trying to get that up and running in the next few days. I don’t know whether that’ll choose the right mapping at each level like the old Geoservices provider did but if not I can probably fix that!
