Hello

If I login to my account and save a journey on my desktop using the web browser, it doesn't appear in my journeys using the IOS app on my iPhone. Can both methods read the same journey data from a centralised server or are journeys saved independently on both devices?

If I'm understanding correctly, routes created and saved on the desktop are not appearing in the IOS app?

You could try checking to see if they are marked "private". This was an issue in the test version of the Android app.

To see the privacy status, open up the "my" page, select "journeys" and look at the eye glasses symbol. Sunglasses are private.

The app fetches the latest journeys when you open the app, but if you’ve saved a new journey since then, it might not notice it.

When you go to the journeys list on the app, you’ll see a little “Refresh” icon in the top right. Try tapping that. This will pull down the latest journey list from the server and hopefully your new journey will be in there.
