Where can I find or what do the initials like TJL or TJS on the map mean? (see image) Is there a legenda explanation?

Interesting! :-)
Normally, Google is your friend - I'd normally put in the abbreviation and bike route and hit search but this time it returns nothing for TVL or 585.
Instead, I used CT to plot a route from Tavaux to Molay (which uses the TVL), then clicked on the route so that the dialogue box opens up. This gives me the full name:
Voie de la Bresse Jurassienne
Putting that into Google gives me:
https://www.jura-tourism.com/itineraire/la-voie-de-la-bresse-jurassienne/
Bon Voyage!
Very useful answer. This explains a lot and is convenient for all other abbreviations. A wealth of information opens up.
