I'm having one issue: I'm uploading the EuroVelo 15 route which has 44 parts. On the page for selecting which part to upload, parts 1 & 2 of the route are covered by the "Travelogue Journeys Shortlist Profile" header/menu that is under the main cycle.travel header.
I'm running Chrome Version 113.0.5672.127 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10. I downloaded the route from the official site: https://en.eurovelo.com/ev15

Wait until you get to NL where there are several branches of the Rhine! :-)
If you're not aware, there are a multitude of dedicated bike routes within the vicinity of most of the Rhine and frankly, at times the "offical" route is dull, especially north of Koln (Cologne) to the Dutch border. Far better, in my opinion, to branch off after Koln (assuming S-N) and explore some of NL. It may not be an "official" route but it's pleasant and interesting cycling.
A common gripe I have about EV routes is that they are a series of local, interlinking routes that can be of varying quality and often bypass interesting places by virtue of their long-distance goal. There is no quality concern along the Rhine - the river is unbelievably well serviced for bikes - but I'd encourage you to think of EV 15 as less of a route to rigidly follow and more of an inspiration.
