As an android user I can only dream of an app :-))) but my understanding is that a route saved on the website should automatically appear in the App.
There appear to have been some bugs with at least some routes mentioned here:

but it looks like a solution is on the way.
In the meantime, posting a link to the route will help with troubleshooting. On the website just copy the URL and paste it here. So long as the route isn't marked as private someone with the app can check it for you.
Yes, that’s spot on – once you’ve saved a route from the website, you can just open it by logging into the app and using the ‘Routes’ button.
Note that there’s a Refresh arrow in the top right of the route list on the app, so if you’ve only just saved it, you can press that to get the latest.
Also, when you open the app, you’ll see a link to your most recently saved route in the bottom right.
