If you're referring to here on CycleTravel I don't believe the site uses your credit card details. Instead it is done through Patreon. If you have a Patreon account you can change it there but I don't believe an account is necessary to be a supporter.
Alternatively, wait until you have your new credit card and become a supporter with that when the old one has expired.
Spot on Hobbes – you can do all this through Patreon. If you go to www.patreon.com and log in, you can go to Settings -> More -> Payment methods, and that will let you change the card.
