Perhaps Australia and New Zealand. Developing countries with fewer paved roads are more difficult to route over and have big memory requirements (for the elevation data) so it becomes a game of rapidly diminishing returns. I think it’ll be a while before cycle.travel will take you from Manali to Leh, I’m afraid (though never say never...).
