In this cycle.trave map, the routing engine refuses to route between via points 2 and 3 - a crosswalk between two pedestrian / bicycle trails. Instead I've had to use direct routing. All other OSM-based routing engines are able to route across this point. Perhaps the router software needs to be updated?
Also I can generate map PDFs but the cue-only PDF results in this error:

Cuesheet issue fixed - thanks for spotting!
Between 2 and 3, it’s marked as a driveway in OSM (highway=service, service=driveway). cycle.travel doesn’t route along driveways as they’re generally private, unless it’s explicitly marked that access is permitted. I’ve fixed it in OSM so it’ll be fine at the next map update.
Hmm maybe I should have looked at the OSM data before complaining. I've installed Merkaartor but never done anything useful with OSM data. Anyway looks like you just set "access=yes". I also should gps-trace some tree-covered paths between nodes 6-7...
