I have been using CT (on a desktop computer) for 8 yrs without a problem. Now the map freezes being unable to move it, can imput the depart and end of the route but nothing happens. Can magnify the map but nothing else. It works OK on the android app on my phone. Any ideas

Computer type? Operating system? Wifi functioning?
CT on Chrome is working fine for me.
Nothing has changed on the website so I’m not sure what could be causing this. Could you give the exact start and end points you are typing in that causes this to happen?
