There are quite a few variations on the commuter cycle route variously signposted (or not) as LCN23, Cycleway 17 and Quietway 7.

This is the definitive version from Crystal Palace LTN to Blackfriars Bridge. There is some off-road surface in Crystal Palace Park, but it's better than puffing up Anerley Hill huffing bus exhaust.

The route uses low-traffic streets in Dulwich Village, Champion Hill, South Camberwell and East Walworth, plus the lovely Burgess Park. This version takes the main(ish) road through Dulwich Village rather than using the park - preferable for commuters as it's a bit quicker and more direct.
