In theory around once a month – updating the routing is a very intensive process (the server has to run non-stop for a couple of days) so it’s not really practical to update it more often.
Over the past few months, though, I’ve been working on a major upgrade to some of the routing algorithms during which I’ve paused the updates. The first version of this is now complete so the routing is once again running on fresh OSM data!
