first of all "congrats" to what was created with cycle.travel and and offered for free on top!
I am currently using it to plan a multi day trip in the Netherlands and the results are superb. Particularly the "night stays" are better implemented than any other riding app I tested so far:
- super simple with a good overview
- avoids braking up the route in multiple sub routes
- easy access to hotels at the "end of day" way points
- allows for shorter first and last day
One item I would like to see an improvement on, is the display of hotel pricing information in the overview map without going to booking.com. I know this is a big ask, but if that could be implemented that would be a huge differentiator. Even if prices would just be indicative.
If anyone is aware of a site, where I can upload the GPX data of a track and see in an overview the hotel prices (in a dream world this would take my planned dates in consideration to display avilability and prices) please let me know. As far as I know, neither booking.com, nor kayak, not komoot, nor Google hotels allows this. But I would love to stand corrected here.
I am in Cyprus and can not test the planner or mobile app here, so am looking forward to see the mobile app in action.

Thanks! Unfortunately the hotel information is limited by what the third-party accommodation providers want to give out, and the answer to that is generally “not much, and less and less every year”. I am continually looking around for new options here but at present it is a little hide-bound.
