When making a route from e.g., Sorø to Hundested in DK, the planner makes a route via the ferry from Kulhuse to Sølager, however the ferry isn't operating due to missing staff.

Michael, perhaps you wouldn't mind asking the ferry operators to call Richard and let him know at the beginning of each day if the ferry will be running. No doubt he would be happy to amend the routing for you.
