If you want to navigate to or from a lat/lon, you can just type it into the placename box. Something like this: 51.7976,-1.3716
Note that it does have to be this format – not the weird Degrees-Minutes-Seconds some mapping sites use, and not ‘North’/‘South’ or ‘East’/‘West’. (South is negative latitude, west is negative longitude.)
