Could you give an example id?
(Is this iPhone or Android?)
hello Richard, have received a route ID from friend - 609908 - I'm using iphone. as i said, they used to open up but the last couple of occasions, I tap on the 'man image' then enter the code in box, tap 'ok' but nothing happens.....??
many thanks for your help.
That journey is private - your friend will need to make it public for you to be able to open it.
Thanks Richard, my fault, again. I have now made it public.
It may be nice to put an additional note where the number comes up to say 'make it public'. or something similar.
Also if you could copy and paste the number would be handy.
Thanks for the great app, its very much appreciated. Keep up the good work.
Frank, Can you make this work now?
Although I created the route so I have it. When testing out the route numbers I can not get it to load into the CT app. route numbers 601201 600851 or 609908. Is anyone else experiencing this?
All the best
I have just further tested this and it seems that when trying to switch between routes numbers CT does not clear the first route. Even after selecting 'clear route' from the settings menu and then putting in a different number the route does not show up and only says open' title of the previous route' I am using an Android phone.
Am I doing something wrong?
Bruce, route ID's coming through - thank you.
Richard, thank you for your help and support. CT is such a great aid in planning our rides and although an I.T numpty like me struggled to start off, I'm really enjoying the benefits.
