The bridge it sends you across has been closed since 2019 and there aren't any plans to open it any time soon.
How would I go about updating the map data so that the routing is correct? OpenStreetMap correctly avoids the closed bridge but it appears Google Maps routes you over the bridge.

OSM currently shows it as part of a bicycle route, which it can’t be if it’s closed 😀. If you remove the bike route from the transporter bridge in OSM then cycle.travel will catch up on its next update.

It’s a bit of a grey area whether “no access, but part of a bike route” should be routable or not. At present c.t thinks it is, but I can see the opposite argument.
