Email address not recognised on Android

Become a supporter

I am registered with cycle.travel on my Macbook, but when I attempt to log in via my Android phone, the email address is not recognised. I have attempted to re-register but my user name is already taken (by me, presumably) so I am stuck.

Have you considered a brand new user name? So in essence a second account.

I have been forced to change my email address as Virgin is closing down some of its older accounts. I have changed to a gmail account and have updated my contact details with friends, clubs and banks. But today when trying to change my contact details on cycle.travel it says that my email is already taken.

Any idea what is happening?
What can I do about it?

Paul – if you could email me (info@cycle.travel) from your gmail account I can sort that out. I think you might have logged in using Google (maybe from an Android phone?) which will have created an account at that address.
