I've used the app regularly but recently it wouldn't open and said it had a bug. I deleted it so I could reinstall but now I can't get it on my phone from Google Play. It says "you're device isn't compatible with this version". My phone is updated but it still won't work.

Unfortunately Samsung hobbled the A13 with 32-bit internals, and (for really complex technical reasons I won’t bore you with) the current version of the app needs 64-bit internals, which all modern Android phones have.
If I can work out a way of getting it to run on a 32-bit phone again then I will, but I suspect you’ll probably encounter this more and more and it might be worth upgrading to a newer phone when you can!
