NCN28 is closed (completely washed away and impassable) between SX 85994 72532 ///ties.hogs.leader and SX 85629 73253 ///cries.roof.reservoir.
This clearly will take some time to repair.

Unfortunately not (any change to the map, whether large or small, takes a couple of days) but I’d suggest using the ‘Add a note’ feature on openstreetmap.org to flag it up there.
