I am posting on behalf of Sam's Superheroes as we will be completing a sponsored 'Sam's Big Scoot' on kick scooters from Aston University to Mickleover Derby in September in memory of Sam, my nephew who died suddenly aged only 5 and to raise money for FIRES research . 

We are now in the process of compiling the route of the scoot and are looking in particular at routes away from traffic. We will have cyclists accompanying the scooters, wondered whether it would be possible to get advice.
