Head Street in Colchester has a new bi-directional on road cycleway tagged in OSM as cycleway:right=track and cycleway:right:oneway=no but the planned route is as shown in https://cycle.travel/map/journey/578068 rather than just cycle along Head St.
Possibly your map data has not updated? Or is cycle.travel reading the cycleway tag correctly?

Thanks for spotting that. That’s not great OSM mapping to be honest – a segregated cycleway should be mapped with a separate geometry rather than with tags on the roadway. But I’ll tweak the tag processing so it understands that combination.
